Personalized or customized orders may not be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Intimate items (such as earrings) may not be returned or exchanged due to health/hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective .
If an item is received defective or damaged, please contact us at 828-606-7453. We will send you a mailing label to affix to the original packaging which you can drop at any USPS mail box or facility. When we receive the item, we will replace it with no additional charge to you.
For all other items, if you contact me with 14 days of delivery, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges. Items must be shipped back in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery to Artisan Jewelry of the West, 514 America’s Way #7720, Box Elder, SD 57719. The buyer is responsible for return postage. If the item is not returned in its original condition and packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. When the item is received in Box Elder, the refund will immediately be processed, and for Visa, Mastercard and Discover, you should see a pending transaction on your account in 1-3 business days. For all cards, depending on the card issuing bank, the refund can take from 9-14 days for you to receive your refund.
